As a former ER nurse, athlete, and eating disorder survivor, I'm sharing my perspective when it comes to what health looks like and the stories that define that journey. This podcast aims to help you find the intersection of mental health, physical health, and joy. We'll be exploring all areas of women's health and fitness and the lived experiences that accompany them. We'll take on body literacy, reproductive education, motherhood, being a "regular person" after a lifetime of competitive athletics...the list goes on and on.
